Sophie

Sophie grew up in Adelaide and right from a young age, always wanted to help and care for animals. Her passion for helping animals led her to volunteer with Fauna Rescue where she helped to rehabilitate injured and orphaned wildlife.

After studying her Certificate III in Companion Animals, Sophie began her vet nursing journey in 2022 at Eastside Veterinary Clinic and is looking forward to beginning her TAFE studies in July.

Sophie is enjoying learning all aspects of veterinary nursing, and is particularly looking forward to developing her hospital care skills.

Outside of work, you can find Sophie playing netball, enjoying the outdoors with beach walks and camping trips, and enjoying quality time with her Schnauzer, Jake, and her Great Dane, Barry.
