Jess

Jess is a qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse and Registered Nurse (human). She holds Bachelor degrees in Biological and Biomedical Science from Murdoch University, WA, a diploma in Veterinary Nursing Emergency and Critical Care, and Cert IV Training & Assessment. Jess has worked in a variety of busy veterinary practices over vet nursing career (commencing in 2001), and has maintained special interests in wound care, anaesthesia and fluid therapy.

Jess is passionate about the education and development of veterinary nurses in practice, so combines her time in clinic with her work as a veterinary nurse educator for the Australian College of Veterinary Nursing.

Jess enjoys spending her free time with her husband (a vet), their three kids, and a menagerie of animals including horses, goats, dogs, cats, guinea fowl and chooks!
